"New hotel was very modern, clean and staff was very nice. Within walking distance of the old town and we found an excellent restaurant nearby (Vinho e Noz). Only complaint was shower drain wasn’t unclogged and soap wasn’t refilled after reporting the problem. "

The hotel is down a very tight alley, so the taxi dropoff and pickup are a bit of a walk to a wider street - this wasn't an issue for us, but note it in case. Would stay again. "
