"Had a great time in Madeira. The condo had everything we needed. Cleaners came every two weeks. Location was great, close to shopping, promenade and restaurants. View of sunsets over the ocean were fantastic."

"The location is probably the only thing that is worth mentioning. The building is very old and everything is the department is poorly maintained. There a a few restaurants right underneath and you will be bathed with cooking smells pretty much 24x7 (we were on the 6th floor and can’t imaging how much worse on lower floors). Parking is ridiculous and you need a lot of help from your friends to get in and out. "

"Rental unit is located above a busy and loud shopping mall. So if you want a quieter place x this isn’t it. We were here only 3 nights and the in-unit washer broke on first use. Someone came to fix it the next day, but upon second use it broke again. We ended coming back and fixing it ourselves, YouTube to the rescue. Got our clothes out soaking wet and had to mop up the kitchen too. If you like to DIY around the house, stay here. "

"Perfect sized apartment for a long term stay. Proper and updated kitchen, supplied with everything you need. Beautiful bathroom, great water pressure. Lovely apartments fronting a park. Fun to watch the dogs play. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants, great massages around the corner with Luis at Fit Cryology. Wonderful balcony. It does get very very hot in the afternoons, so I would advise a fan. Loved it. Miss it already."

"Sehr saubere Wohnung, sie hat einen Balkon mit Meerblick, weil die Wohnung im sechsten Stock liegt und die davorliegenden Häuser überragt. Es gibt einen Lift. Die Wohnung ist umgeben von den üblichen Stadtgeräuschen inklusive einer Lüfteranlage auf dem Dach des Einkaufszentrums Forum Madeira unterhalb des Balkons. Uns hat das nicht gestört, aber wer absolute Ruhe sucht, könnte enttäuscht sein. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich 100 m links auf der Straßenseite der Wohnung, die Linie 4 fährt...

"The apartment was in good position but it's in need of refurbishment The bathrooms beds furniture etc. The first week it was chilli no heating it just needs updating. "

"The apartment is nice and cosy, has nearly everything you might need for your stay. Very close to many restaurants, shops and beaches. The check-in and out was very easy, Annikka is an excellent host. The property will only benefit with a better mattress and a smart TV. Overall - good value for money."
