I arrived at the property at 2 a.m. I had just flown in from Europe and didn't have a reservation. They canceled my reservation without giving any reason, so at that hour I had to find a hotel.

Overall it was a good stay but there are a few things they could improve on: - have an iron! - more towels and basic hygiene products for 3+ night stays

Host did not respond once during the whole trip. I never received a whatsapp check in message. The front desk is not connected to the hotel, so they are unable to help with contacting the host. I asked multiple times for a reply over 3 days, and was ignored. Stay at your own risk, as you are completely on your own and will not receive any communication.
