Houve pouco de demora no check in, atendente nao localizou minha reserva, pediu comprovanre de pagamento onde prontamente apresentei, mesmo assim pediu para aguardar o gerente. Apos cerca de dez minutos gerente nos atendeu dede forma educada e resolveu a questão.

Hospedagem de muito boa qualidade, próximo do aeroporto de GRU, incluindo café da manhã desde as 4h, espaço suficiente para 2 malas grandes, mochilas e malas pequenas. Nao sabem atender Hoteis.com

Na recepcao não sabiam como lidar com reserva do Hoteis.com e tiveram a "indelicadeza" (para nao dizer algo mais pesado) de ligar no quarto para tirar dúvida. Mesmo na saida, ainda perguntaram qual era nosso horario de saída. (Pelo HOTEIS.COM é das 13h ao meio dia do dia seguinte).
