"Die Unterkunft in Alfama war super und alles war wie beschrieben. Besonders möchten wir uns dafür bedanken, dass der Check In und Check Out so angenehm waren. Silvia hat uns noch um 23 Uhr in den Nacht empfangen und wir durften am Abreisetag 30 Minuten später als angegeben auschecken. "

"I feel like you can pay maybe $20-30 cad more to be in the prime location as this is a bit far out. I'm sure there's public transport but I ubered for convenience, so the location wasn't super duper central. Zerooooo sound proofing at all. I can hear everything. I didn't have to wait for a washroom but the flush wasn't great. I also had a single room... And the single room is located right up the stairs (meaning no extra set of doors). Someone (probably just someone thinking it was their room after a late night ) kept attempting to open the door with their keys. It's not the safest when there is no reception (at night) and no dividing gate door. It's fine if youre a heavy sleeper and just using the place to sleep, but yea the sound is sooooo transparent. "

"Centrally located and great full breakfast. Rooms were very clean with comfortable beds and nice showers. It is a very loud area and there is a lot of street noise but that is to be expected "

"The place was beautiful and clean but our sink in the bathroom and toilet were not working well which is needed for a stay. We had to do a lot of handy work to get the toilet to flush which was a bit ridiculous for a stay. Overall though the place is really nice and would be a 5 star if basic amenities worked. "

"Our stay was fantastic. I would highly recommend Dona Graca. The staff was warm and inviting. The breakfast was delicious and the apartment style room was charming. We would love to visit again and stay at Dona Graca. We felt very at home and the customer service was top notch. Lisbon was a beautiful city to visit. "
