"Property owner was easy to work with, decided to try and beat some weather and got there a day early and since the property was open they let us add the extra night. Inside needs some attention, several light switches did not work so you had to screw in or unscrew the bulb to turn on/off the light. There were several broken or burnt out bulbs, we replaced them with spares that were in a closet. The gas grill had no propane. "
