Great location and would stay again. The only bad thing was one of the wooden bed frame being a bit squeaky and dirty vacuum cleaner but we had other cleaning supplies to use for our stay, which was sufficient.

Nice self service apt for a short stay, it will be nicer to provide some cloth detergent and salt, soy source for the guests. Cooking pots are old and outdated need to be replaced.

The place has more of a home-away-from-home vibe, offering a cozy and private stay, which I really enjoyed. It comes with a kitchen and fridge, so you can store food and feel comfortable throughout your visit. The location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance! Sapporo train station is about a 15-20 minute walk, and the city center is just as manageable on foot. The owner doesn’t speak English. They are strict with the 3 PM check-in time, so be sure to plan accordingly. If you arrive early, there’s no luggage storage at the lobby, so keep that in mind. Overall, it’s a great place for those looking for privacy and convenience in a walkable area.

일단 청결해서 좋았고, 있을건 어지간히 다 있어서 좋았습니다. 와이파이도 잘 터지고, 침대도 넓고 편했어요. 딱 하나 당황한 점은 냄비,프라이팬, 조리도구, 수저 등은 다 있는데 컵이랑 커피포트만 없는거였어요. 대신 주전자가 있어서 물은 편히 끓였습니다. 일본어로 소통하는게 문제 없으신 분들은 편하게 사용하기에 너무 좋을 것 같아요.

札幌駅からのアクセスも良く近くにコンビニもありとてもいい立地でした。 部屋の中もキレイで快適です。 食器も一通りあり、鍋くらいの簡単な料理ならできたかも。 自分は外で食べてたので使用しませんでした。 唯一の不満は建物の階段がやや臭う。 地下？のバーから？ とりあえずなんか臭くて部屋の玄関からトイレにかけてまでその臭いが充満していたことです。 そこまできつい臭いではないのでリビングからは無臭なので基本的には困りませんでした。

The room was very spacious and neat. However there was a lack of essential amenities including an ironing board and iron (despite there being a washing machine). In addition, the instructions to use the stove and washing machine are in Japanese with no translation, which made it incredibly hard to understand even with Google translate. But, they were quick to help when in need.
