"O quarto é confortável e limpo, mas tivemos o azar de ter um vazamento no teto do nosso banheiro que caía agua em cima do nosso vaso sanitário. A piscina é muito bonita e nova, mas a água estava esverdeada e turva, sem tratamento. Na frente da piscina tem um bar novo e sem uso e do outro lado um muro baixo dividindo o terreno e após o muro um curral de cavalos com cheiro forte de urina e esterco que incomoda bastante quem fica na piscina, principalmente nas espreguiçadeiras. NICE AND PEACEFUL

"Is a nice place and the restaurant food is very good. They have a pretty friendly staff. The only thing I didn't like was the pillows because they are kind of firm. It was a pleasant and peaceful stay and if you get a room with a view it's a very nice view of the water."

"Hiding Gem Hotel in Brazil , Beautiful Historical Hotel with well trained staff. Specially thanks for property manager Roberta who gave us superb hospitality experience, Each suit has own design. We feel alike staying in between amazing nature and historical castle. Also thanks for Juliana being such friendly and super nice. If you are traveling to Brazil you should stop by this area and have Castle experience. Highly recommended place !!!! Don't miss this hot spot when you in Brazil ! Greg and Zara form New York City "

"We enjoyed this modern hotel in the city center with all the modern amenities and furniture. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was convenient and generous. We also appreciated it’s location as it was walking distance to all of the attractions we wanted to visit in Petropolis. I would suggest to request a room in the upper floors or a room facing away from the street due to some noise from the traffic. We would definitely recommend staying here."
