"Such a beautiful chalet, incredible views, everything has been thought of for 3 generations and our dog. Boot room should be shown in the listing as it was incredible in itself. Who knew we needed a cinema room a sauna and a pool table? All were used. Great communication, lovely checkin and out. Absolutely perfect."

"Group of 12 on a cycling vacay from 🇨🇦 (last of 3 stops in France). Home was well appointed with a great common dining area and kitchen that you walk into from the main entry. And a large deck that overlooks the little town and lake (dammed). Bedrooms situated on the two floors above the main so make sure you have your climbing legs activated. "We have stayed in Vilard Reculas several times, in several chalets. Le Montana is one we would definitely return to. A generous and really comfortable living space and we loved the sauna and table football! Spotlessly clean. Probably suited better to a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children given that one room is a 4 bedded bunk room and the bedrooms are (as often) compact. "From booking the chalet to arriving communication with the host has been great. We've been to chamrousse before and love it especially the chalets with there perfect location just off the slopes. Although the chalet guard didn't speak much English we checked in with out any problems at all. The chalet its self is well equipped and comfy. Would be a squeeze for 6 people but do able. It was perfect for the two of us especially because I had planned our engagement. Hence a holiday to remember."

The hot tub and wellness area steam and sauna were just what we needed after a day skiing. Ski slopes were 5/10 minutes walk. "16 of us (3 families) had a great week. The chalet is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The steps were not an issue for us as you only use them on arrival and when you leave, you can access the slopes and village from the right outside the chalet door. The views are stunning and the village is very pretty with a couple of very nice restaurants. The local shop had everything you would need. The access to the main slopes of Alpe d'Huez was very easy from the chalet, its also worth knowing...

"We had a wonderful time with our family, with time and possibility for great skiing in Villard. In the afternoon we enjoyed the jacuzzi in the sun. The house is great, and we had a very warm welcome. Cooking a meal together every night, making a fire to roast some marshmellows, nice kitchen, and lovely fire in the living.
