If you have luggage, it is a bit of a walk up a few stairs and cobblestone streets so I would recommend taking a backpack or ordering an ape to transport from the parking centre. "The staff was wonderful help us arrange a taxi to and from the bus station. Michele was the sweetest and made a wonderful breakfast each morning. The property location was perfect for us. It was convienent to park outside of the sassi in a garage and be picked up by shuttle. The hotel is on a great street with restaurant options and a minutes walk to a plaza right at the rim of the “Grand Canyon”. The staff was absolutely amazing, even the owner’s dog made an appearance at breakfast. We highly recommend this hotel!! "
