"I booked this property for my first trip to Tokyo. My family and I had an amazing stay at Tokyu Stay Shibuya Ebisu! The property is beautiful, and the Ebisu train station is only a two minute walk away. This is great since it is a part of the Yamanote line. There is an alley around the corner containing so many restaurants, bars, and even a FamilyMart. We arrived early morning the first day, and the staff were more than willing to store our luggage until it was time to check-in. When we did check-in, they were kind enough to already have our luggage waiting for us in our room. Our room came with a washer/dryer, dining area and kitchenette. They provide pajamas and slippers. They do provide laundry detergent, but I found that it might be easier to buy some laundry materials at the general store next door. The shower room was adorned with Refa products (if you know, you know.) In the lobby, there is an amenities area that is free for the guests to grab. They even left complimentary vanilla ice cream in our refrigerator that could be paired with their local beer if you were to take it down to the bar for free. The kitchenette in the room was so handy because my family and I would often grab snacks from the nearby convenience stores. I would definitely stay here again. My family was super happy with booking with Tokyu Stay."

"The laundry service was convenient with the washer in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful. AC worked, but had to have your room key inserted into the switch to keep it on while away. Would stay again! Conveniently located close to shibuya station. "

"This was our first Japanese hotel so we were shocked at the size. No room to maneuver. Room was very clean and had everything you needed. You can get breakfast at the attached restaurant for a reasonable price. "

"Such an amazing hotel. Great coffee shop in lobby. Washer/ dryer in our room so it was so easy to do our laundry. Mini stove and bigger fridge with pots making cooking accessible and microwave in room as well. We were able to make everything in our room rather than leaving to use a microwave or washer/ dryer. Very clean and very sweet staff. They let us deliver our bags and kept them for us for a few days before we arrive to our hotel which eased the burden on us. Even after we checked out they held onto our bags before we had to leave to the airport. Would 100% recommend. Great spot in shibuya walking to shops and crossing was soo easy"

"The staff were extremely friendly and helped with anything requested. English OK. Amenities are in the front lobby easily accessable and available. Only negative is the terrible TP. Otherwise the accommodations were perfect and it was a refillable price. The surrounding area has plenty to do, a café across the street and konbini all around. Not to mention it's in the heart of Shibuya, which speaks for itself. Overall I'd definitely stay here again. Thank you to the staff!"
