"Communication with the host was unsuccessful prior to arrival, and the property was not as expected upon check-in. A large, disruptive event was taking place, and the reserved accommodation was unavailable. Alternative arrangements provided did not feel secure, and noise continued throughout the night, making rest impossible. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and a resolution is being sought."
