Embassy Inn

"Embassy Inn is our go-to place to stay whenever we are in Victoria. We like the hotel and the location. For sightseeing, it's very close to the BC Legislature, IMAX Theatre, Museum, Empress Hotel, and the Inner Harbour. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. We like the breakfast that is provided - a good mixture of hot (eggs, sausage,bacon, ham) and cold (cereal, breads, yogurt, fruit salad) items. The staff working the breakfast area are amazing. They are calm and efficient even when swamped by hungry hordes in the morning ! We are disappointed by the quality of the coffee provided in the carafes at breakfast. It's weak, sometimes bitter. A couple of years ago there was a coffee machine that provided decent espresso drinks as well as hot chocolate. These drinks were available at breakfast and throughout the day - they were truly welcomed after a busy day of sightseeing or running chores for family. We miss the coffee machine."

"Beautiful Inn. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was so quaint and breakfast was very good. Waterview from inn was nice too. Quiet place to relax and enjoy the atmosphere."

"Fantastic hotel! Walking distance to downtown Sidney for shopping and dinner! Don’t miss The Farmers Daughter or Tanner’s Books. Jacks on the water is also great! Hotel was modern and spacious rooms. Free airport shuttle 24-7. Staff were all very welcoming. Especially the front desk staff and shuttle driver."
