"The check in was terrible. The absolute definition of not to be customer oriented right from the get go. "Well this hotel had a solution. A good swimming pool, jaccuzzi , steam bath , sauna and an indoor games room. My daughter of 6 years of age forgot completely about the terrible weather outside. Only one small criticism was there was no internet service in the room ( only available in the lobby area ) ."
