"The resort landscape was beautiful and kept. The staff was for the most part very friendly and accommodating. The resort was very clean. The food was very good in all the restaurants and buffet. Could use some updating in rooms and pool. But overall it was a wonderful vacation!"

Alexa was a lifesaver, ensuring that any ongoing problems were addressed without going into unnecessary details. The resort itself is beautiful, and the food is delicious. The nightly entertainment spot is spot-on, and the restaurants didn’t disappoint. Overall, it was an amazing time. You can see the team is new but they also are doing their best to provide the guest an amazing experience. "

"Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms, nice pools. Staff were incredible! So friendly and accommodating. Had one small problem with AC not working in our room but they immediately addressed it, helped us move to a better room and gave us ‘preferred’ status to enjoy more perks. Would def stay there again and recommend. "
