The nightly entertainment spot is spot-on, and the restaurants didn’t disappoint. Overall, it was an amazing time. You can see the team is new but they also are doing their best to provide the guest an amazing experience. "

"Beautiful hotel. Clean rooms, nice pools. Staff were incredible! So friendly and accommodating. Had one small problem with AC not working in our room but they immediately addressed it, helped us move to a better room and gave us ‘preferred’ status to enjoy more perks. Would def stay there again and recommend. "

"Had an excellent stay! The Two butlers assigned to the rooms (Oshain & Darron were phenomenal. They made the stay smooth and comfortable. There were many other excellent staff members to help facilitate our needs; staff members such as Amber at the martini bar, Rochelle at the buffett, Britney, and many more! The food for the most part was pretty good. There were good days and there were bad days. Overall there was more good than bad, as the selections was vast. The Japanese restaurant was excellent but I can't say the same for the stake house. The hydrotherapy at the spa was a big plus in my book, so treat your self to at least that at the spa. Overall it was just a wonderful time all around! Excellent staff! excellent beaches! What more can one ask for?"
