"This apartment is in the perfect location to downtown Negril. It is situated in a private apartment complex above a modern grocery store, shopping area, and food court. It is very easy to walk to the downtown area banks, restaurants, and local taxi to go up 7 Mile Beach. I had an issue with check in not reading the instructions properly and realizing I was trying the wrong lock box. "Abbiamo trovato molta disorganizzazione. Sembrava avessero perso la nostra prenotazione. Non c'era la cucina ma solo una stanza con i letti e il bagno. Non c'era la prima colazione. "These guys tried to get me with a classic bait-and-switch. I made my reservation 5 months ahead & I picked this place because of the price & the location. During the busiest festive week in Negril. It is located next to 2 resorts where I would have friends close by. I was in town a week before my stay & made several attempts to contact them in advance as per their instructions but was always given the run around. "The reservation manager is not in office but we'll have him call you back...

"The resort was the perfect size for our taste - the staff were very friendly and hospitable. The food was very good and we loved the inclusive water sports that was included with the package, especially the sunset cruise. My only recommendation to guests is to read the activity leaflet that is included in your check-in package for activities and the evening events. We had no issue getting reservations at the only restaurant on the property that requires a reservation - and the food was excellent. Overall I would recommend this resort for those who wish to have a relaxing and friendly vacation. Only cautionary note is that it is approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hrs from the airport but hotel provides transportation - easiest airport and resort lounge - very well organized and it was actually nice to see part of the island to the resort. "

"Had an excellent stay! The Two butlers assigned to the rooms (Oshain & Darron were phenomenal. They made the stay smooth and comfortable. There were many other excellent staff members to help facilitate our needs; staff members such as Amber at the martini bar, Rochelle at the buffett, Britney, and many more! The food for the most part was pretty good. There were good days and there were bad days. Overall there was more good than bad, as the selections was vast. The Japanese restaurant was excellent but I can't say the same for the stake house. The hydrotherapy at the spa was a big plus in my book, so treat your self to at least that at the spa. Overall it was just a wonderful time all around! Excellent staff! excellent beaches! What more can one ask for?"
