Outdoor sun and shade spaces are built around the pool to experience the beauty and wonder of Costa Rica’s lush green jungles and Pacific Ocean views. Often sloths are living in the trees above the pool and numerous other types of wildlife, butterflies, hummingbirds, exotic birds visit daily. Located in a gated community 5 minutes from the cool beach town of Dominical. Where you can find shopping, restaurants and numerous outdoor adventure activities, including a popular surf break.

Ideal for a vacation stay for a couple or couples, families with older children. All Bedrooms have private entrances, comfy large beds, air conditioning, smart TVs, Wi-Fi and bathrooms. The combined full kitchen and living space has all the amenities and comforts of home. Plenty of indoor and outdoor dining spaces.

One of the jewels of the home is the outdoor lush colorful gardens and rancho surrounding a large very private pool. It has lots of comfortable seating to suntan or relax in the shade. Costa Rica outdoors is where you find the true “Pura Vida”. The abundant variety of wildlife seen from the pool and garden is amazing, from butterflies, hummingbirds, toucans, parrots, sloths and monkeys. Not only can you see the Ocean from this home you can hear it and a favorite easily accessible undeveloped beach, Playa Linda, is only 15 minutes away.

In an effort to maintain the beauty and care of our garden and pool, this villa receives maintenance for both on Thursdays. Our crew will try to complete the tasks quickly and efficiently, so that your stay is not interrupted.
