"The staff here are amazing. Like genuinely excited to see you as you walk through the door. So sweet. They are doing some renovations but only noticed on the elevator. Room was clean, a good size and really quiet. Bathroom was a bit smaller but expect that in NYC. Was a bit worried about the hotel since the price was half of the others-considering it’s a block from 5th Avenue and Times Square. But was pleasantly surprised and will definitely stay here again!
