Great hotel!

Made in Louise was a wonderful property! I truly felt like I was in my home away from home! They have excellent service, free coffee, tea, and water bar! All the staff were fantastic and very helpful! I couldn’t ask for a better stay and would highly recommend. I will visit this property again in my travels!

I really enjoyed my stay here, and it had everything that I had needed, such as free luggage storage the day after checkout. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and check in was easy. The room was clean and the shower was nice. It was definitely spacious enough for two people and their luggage, and also had a small kitchenette. It was about a 5 minute walk from Bruxelles du Midi/Zuid (where the international rails arrive), which didn't seem too sketchy at night. Its not in the city center...

Convenient location - walkable to Grand Place and St. Catherine districts

Hotel is in great location. Good amenities, clean and decent room size. However what makes any stay better even if other issues arise is the personnel. I have to say everyone that I came across were so hospitable and doing their job to the higher level. In special I have to mention that Diana, the lady who checked me in went all the way to welcome me. This property is just down the street from the Brussels-Midi station (South Train Station). I walked into town at least twice and it wasn't too far- 20 minutes or so. There are things to see along the way. I found this hotel the most convenient for me because I also traveled to Brugge, Ghent and Ypres. I loved this hotel and would stay here again. My room was comfortable and clean, the staff was friendly and made excellent suggestions, and the breakfast was incredible. Really, get the breakfast. The location is perfect if you are traveling through Brussells-Midi (also known as Brussels-Zuid or Brussels South). Second time, second year in a row. Proximity to train station & Breakfast won again. Room was clean. There were sounds of shooting / fireworks near the hotel at the middle of one of the nights, I would expect at least some explaining about that from the crew, at the morning after, to reassure everything is fine.

THIS is a superb choice. We felt safe and oriented because it is near multiple forms of transportation. The hotel is very clean, the hotel staff are attentive, helpful and friendly. The breakfast would be reason enough alone to stay here: the choices are first class and inmaculately presented. The breakfast staff are polite and efficient. I do not know if you can do any better than Thon Hotel EU. The day we arrived we were greeted by the Hotel Manager and he was extremely kind and helpful....

A remarkable building to stay in. Decor theme is carried throughout for an immersive experience. Cleaning staff was very helpful whenever we needed something. It’s a walk from the station so if you have large luggage, I’d recommend an Uber. University is nearby so there are lots of inexpensive food choices.
