"We rented the house to be near the race course for the Erkner Ironman triathlon. It was the perfect base. Very short drive (or bike ride on race morning) to the course and our time hanging at the house the rest of the weekend was very fun and relaxed. The kids loved the trampoline and box of toys in the yard. We all also enjoyed the sauna. The house is very cozy and comfortable and has everything you need. Great location, walkable to all major tourist sites & couple minutes walk from Fredrichstasse train station so very easy journey to/from airport. We had family suite for 4 which suited us perfectly. Lots of coffee shops & restaurants in the area, would highly recommend this hotel."

"I’ve always wanted to stay at this hotel because of its location to my family, but never have. This particular trip I absolutely needed to be next to Alexander plots for the convenience of my airplane departure, so I booked it here for three nights and it was absolutely perfect. I only needed a small room so the price was right. Staff was amazing with daily room cleaning to boot. Thank you so much for the great day. Would gladly recommend and do it again. Another one of the big draws, is that because you’re so close to the train station it makes it easy to get in and out, but the biggest plus was that you can get a Döner almost any time of the day. Perfect! A+."
