The Erbprinz has very comfortable rooms and a very nice restaurant. The downside was that they have a smoking lounge at the front of the hotel and in the winter the smoke from there is blown all the way to the back of the hotel and up the tower. So at night my room on the fifth floor of the tower started to smell like smoke and I had to open the windows to deal with the smell. The front desk said that they have other rooms in a different section of the hotel that didn't have this problem.

Our host was not able to accommodate all of our small group, so my husband and I took their suggestion of ibis Styles downtown. It was a 7-minute walk from the hotel to our host's house. And convenient to the 'village' of shops near by. The hotel was modest and clean, the room was efficiently laid out, the breakfast buffet had something for everyone. I now know that ibis has locations in other parts of Germany and I would not hesitate to stay at an ibis hotel in the future.

Nice location with a excellent restaurant

We had a wonderful time here. The staff was so friendly and hospitable. I loved all the lighting and decorations. My family really enjoyed the breakfast. It was so delicious.

The Desk Staff provides excellent customer service, very helpful. The restaurant has good food and service. Housekeeping can be scheduled if you want.

Great place to stay

I found the Thermostat to be very confusing. I believe a small sign with a brief explanation on how it works and how to adjust it would be appropriate and very helpful. Maybe one of those QR codes that carries you to different languages to explain. I’m 65 years old and never seen anything like it. More options on something to eat other than just pizza in a little oven would be nice. Maybe some cold cut sandwiches.

Perfect for solo travelers and amso saw families during my stay. It is close to the train station but very silent at night. Breakfast is good and well presented.

Very quiet area. Grocery store right there. Close to City Center. A/C!!!
