"This location is a bus ride From the center of Lucerne. Not terrible but keep it in mind if you have luggage. It is close to the bottom of the Pilatus lift, so that’s an advantage. "This was a last minute booking due to a flight cancellation. There is no reception at the property but you can easily check in via self service. The rooms were average. The shutters for the windows were not functional and there was a TV in the main room, however, you could not use it because the power cord did not reach the electrical outlet."

"We stayed here on arrival and departure before our flight. Very convenient for the airport only a 10 min drive. The hotel is clean and comfortable. We didn’t eat at the hotel so can’t comment on the food but overall for the cost it was a great stop over. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The guy at the reception desk was really kind and gave us tips on where to visit during our road trip."
