They require from guests to make a reservation (which costs 8,000 Tenge which is quite steep) and then you can use the pool and sauna - but only for one hour. Breakfast buffet was decent; staff overall friendly; neighbourhood not that great but Hotel shielded off from traffic/quiet. Some staff have perfect English, others don’t. "

"Did the job for 2 nights but thats about it. The room was a good size and air con worked well but i could literally hear everything being said and done in the room next door. There isnt much around the hotel although the taxi’s are pretty cheap. Overall if on a budget and only staying 1-2 nights it is ok aslong as you have ear plugs! "
