Air conditioner was great, only a bad thing was that the extra bed, was not really a bed or sofa bed was small hard board very difficult to sleep on during our 3 days stay. "Wonderful hotel in the arts district of Vienna, surrounded by excellent cafes, galleries and thrift shops. Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable with quirky decoration, making it feel homely. Slightly in need of repair, my headboard fell off! Also something sticky on the floor beside the bed but neither detracted from my comfortable stay."

"Room was clean and in a decent location. About an hour walk to the river and main old town of Vienna . It the line underground subway was amazing and was only 1-2 blocks away. I would not rate this a 4 star hotel because of the lack in room amenities. No fridge, no coffee machine or tea, not iron or ironing board. The bed was comfortable but the curtains let in too much light- zero black out. I would not rate any hotel above 3-3.5 stars without amentities such as room fridge and coffee...
