"we were given a room (old style) which was dark with dim lights, but on request we were moved to a better one from 4th to 5th floor. New room was good , modern and nice size. We senjoyed our stay, staff was decent. English lady at the front desk was helping and nice. Cleaning was bit of an issue, cleaner comes and somedays fold the blanket, sometime change the towel, but dont clean the washbasin or WC or the toilet. You can have coffee at the reception area near breasfast area complimentary,...

"No AC, only a vertical fan that makes no difference. Had to sleep with open windows while people next door were smoking on the balcony. Self checkout is a nightmare and the reception desk close at 3pm, just in time to miss your check-in. However it’s clean and the room is made everyday. Plus, the pillows are comfy"
