"Nice Hotel
I want to rate the hotel 5 stars because it achieves what it is trying to. The staff was great. Food at dinner was great and people are very kind. Breakfast was great too.
But I feel they missed on what the place could be. It is a mix of historic and modern industrial. The rooms are nice but generic with higher quality Ikea type furniture. I don't feel any connection to on to the past. But like I said if you want a nice hotel then you'll be happy here. "

"Pesima recepcion para cenar en el restaurant. La dama nos tratĂł de forma muy irrespetuosa y poco amigable.
Ocupamos la habitacion 209, durante toda noche habĂa un ruido (golpes de maquinarias) en la habitaciĂłn contigua. Era la sala de mĂĄquinas.
Hice el reclamo pero la dama de la recepciĂłn mostrando ninguna empatia con nosotros, restĂł importancia al ruido diciendo que el ruido provenĂa del sistema de bombeo de agua y que no tenĂa importancia.
Este hotel NO ES RECOMENDABLE."
