"The street was noisy but that’s in the description. If you have elderly or little kids they have stairs that are windy and narrow so I wouldn’t recommend for that but otherwise it was great and we had fun. Jenny always messaged back quickly."

"We were attending our son’s graduation from BU. Being near the harbor and all the wonderful north end restaurants was great. My wife’s mom was intending to join but was unable to do so. That was for the best, as she would have had a difficult time negotiating the stairs that were no problem for us at this unique property."

"We enjoyed a lovely couple of nights in Boston. After a little fautly start, we settled in, finding little touches which made our stay more comfortable and pleasant, .like coffee in the morning compliments of our host. Proximity to shops, subway and the small but pleasant Malibu Beach added to our stay. It was a very short visit but memorable. If we coukd, we would come back!"

"Beautiful and newly renovated property! The host was kind and very responsive to any questions we had during the stay. The only recommendations I have are to install blackout curtains in the bedrooms and a more comfortable couch in the living room. Otherwise everything was perfect! Great value for a nice place in Boston and just off the highway. We’ll be back staying here for sure."

"Overall, this property was a good fit and great value for our family trip. We had plenty of space. Nelson was a great host and very quick to answer any and all questions. Our only wish was that there was cable or ability to watch TV at night. The host mentioned there was a satellite only and there were only 2 channels that came in from the satellite, but they were mostly garbled and unwatchable."

"Great place to stay to see Salem. It was only a few minutes from downtown and had free on street parking. My only criticism would be that each room had a small A/C unit rather than central air, so during the hotter summer months it might be harder to keep cool. The owner was very nice and was on the property a few of the days we were there working outside and in the other units."

"Location is amazing, right on the water in Houghs Neck, a lovely sea village area of Quincy. Property owner was friendly and helpful in all possible ways. I will be coming back in the future. The kitchen area has a lot of windows and looks out into the water which is mesmerizing. Plus it is only a few steps to the beach area."
