"The stay was superb. The place is incredibly quiet with where it's positioned at the rear of the property. Extremely clean, very comfortable king sized bed, all the kitchen amenities we needed and felt extremely welcomed upon our arrival. It made for a lovely weekend getaway with so many local walks, places too see and multiple shops and pubs close by. Also having full access to the grounds and garden was a gorgeous addition also. 10/10, Couldn't improve on it, Will definitely be staying again. "

Down to the lack of basic kitchen items (coffee maker, salt/pepper, sharp knife) and the cheapest hangers imaginable (that don't have hooks, so you can't steal them--as if!), and pillows that were ancient and barely pancake-thick, and a hair dryer that faintly hummed (where did they find such poor items?), it was a sub-par experience. "The location was really good, very easy to walk around and explore Norwich from the property. Loads of options for eating, drinking and activities nearby. We were three couples and it suited us well. There are two balconies and a comfortable lounge which accommodated us all. Instructions for getting there and accessing the property were not provided via the website but the owner was responsive and helpful when contacted directly. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the property."

"We appreciated this warm, quiet, clean, comfortable apartment. It is not in the Cathedral grounds as advertised. It is on the second floor which is not mentioned in the property details. Half the kitchen lights were not working, there was no bath plug or shower mat and rail. We found dirty crockery in the dishwasher (which we did not use). Hooks in the hallway to hang wet outdoor clothing would have been useful."

"Very modern. Clean nice decor. Loved having a washing machine especially after 4 weeks of travel. Just a few practical issues. Both taps in the kitchen ran hot. Our bath towels must have shrunk in the wash. They were barely bigger than our hand towel. Internet kept dropping out when there were more people staying. Shower base was very slippery. "
