"The property was dirty nasty not clean the picture on the listing is old. The pool was closed to health code violations. The gym was covered in bird crap and “closed” rooms are old furniture is 90’s era they charged me for the free parking no free breakfast at all as in there amenities listing and this is all just the beginning"

Los baños limpios y las almohadas confortables."

"The room had black hairs all over the bed, the garbage was not empty and the room smelled so horrible I couldn’t sit to get it out of there…. I figured it wouldn’t be the best, but just needed a quick stay before flying out, but eeesh it was really really dumpy for a double tree. Also unfinished projects throughout the halls. The staff was really lovely, but the room cleaniness was disturbing."

"Our ONE night stay with you was a NIGHTMARE! My husband and I were in bed and at 10:30 pm my husband got up to use the bathroom only to find the SINK stopped up with what looked like feces that was overflowing to the ground of the floor. I had my suitcase in the floor with toiletries all around the sink. We immediately called the front desk and immediately had to clear everything of mine out of the bathroom. The front desk woman sent up a plumber with a plunger for the toilet. IT WASNT THE TOILET! The woman was telling me to put my hand in the water to push the drain plug. The drain plug wasn’t shut.caldo the room next to us had the same issues. At this late of night we had to repack our belongings and change rooms. The front desk said there was no one to help us and we had to get dressed and go DOWN to the front desk to get a new key. NO HELP FROM THE HYATT PERSONNEL !! Upon check out the next day the woman was nice and said they would comp our previous night’s dinner. NOPE! I got billed for it today. I am expecting them to make this right. What a disgusting inconvenience with very little support from the Hyatt staff!! The lies and said my dinner would be computed. Today I see they charged me!"
