"First of all the shuttle company failed to tell us there are two Sonestas near LAX. I said El Segundo when I called and the shuttle I got on took us to LAX. Luckily the correct shuttle called me and picked us up at the LAX hotel and took us to the correct one so we didn’t have to go back to the airport. Make sure you get on the Sonesta SELECT shuttle. The front desk clerk was super friendly and got us into a King room which we preferred. All amenities and hotel room were great. The “breakfast” restaurant (not free which we knew) was basically just coffee, a few pastries and some boxed cereals and microwave items like oatmeal. The cashier was not friendly and has her head in the clouds. The hotel clerk did mention they were going to be expanding into a dinner restaurant in a few weeks. Overall a great affordable hotel with just a few glitches."

"Well maintained property, friendly staff, & utilizes text messages to communicate throughout your stay. Noticed they don’t offer a water station, when you look up amenities it mentions laundry facilities, but asked staff and was informed they don’t offer it any longer. Reached out via text to get housekeeping services and received a response but for some reason it didn’t take place."

"Really enjoyed staying at this hotel with my kids. Staff were lovely. Kids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was great. Airport shuttle really handy. Location fab. There's only one issue i had and that's the water glasses at breakfast were not very clean, and this was every day of my stay."

"The hotel had everything you could need, from ice machines and comfortable rooms to food available on-site. It was conveniently located right off the highway, with a gas station nearby. If you have a rental car, there's even an In-N-Out Burger just around the corner. Overall, it was a very convenient and comfortable place to stay. This is my second time choosing this hotel and I plan to stay here again."

"The first room I was given was dirty. You could clearly see big yellow stains on the sheets as if they hadn’t been changed. I let front desk know and they changed my room. The next room I was given was dirty as well. Both the sheets and pillow cases looked like they hadn’t been cleaned properly and both the sink and shower flooded as soon as the water was turned on. The rooms also smelled dirty, like urine. I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here."

"I enjoyed my stay there. We stayed for almost 2 weeks, but they only cleaned our room once and changed our towels another time. I'm not sure why. My husband took our towels out once and got new ones. I would have liked to have had at least new washcloths. What about if you used up your coffee or dishwasher pod, etc? The breakfast is amazing though. It is well worth the stay. The bed is comfortable, as well. Though you cannot adjust the temperature in the room and it is at 71 degrees. That is too cold for us."
