Rude agent managing the property A cleaning fee was included with our booking (totally fine), but the agent managing the property on behalf of the owners sent us a series of very rude messages after we left because there were a few dishes in the sink and we didn’t make the beds. No prior instructions were ever provided to us saying we had to do the dishes. The agent is a disaster of a person and totally unprofessional.
