"Bed is very hard and uncomfortable. Very hot in room, and air conditioner not up to the job. Rooms close to road are noisy due to Launceston's abundance of motoring enthusiasts with noise enhanced cars. Opened window to try and cool room but of course it is then even noisier. I asked for a room further from the road but was told they were full. "

Had issues with the TV wanting to update while watching but couldn't figure out how to dismiss that due to the remote being a generic one and not setup for the type of TV properly. Didn't realise that until reception was closed to spent a big bunch of time trying to figure a solution. Fan in bathroom was very noisy in the bedroom. Air con was noisy. No air con in bedroom so had to crank down the temp in the lounge overnight to cope. Rusty water initially in the toilet for a few flushes but cleared up."
