"Staff were brilliant in all areas. I could not get into my car as someone parked too close and as I have a back problem, one of the staff got in from the passenger side and got the car out. All staff were brilliant. One suggestion - as vehicle parking is not controlled by the hotel, they do not know the car numbers of the guests and there is no way to find out whose car it is. Please tell all hotels to take the vehicle number as it will be very useful in a situation like this "

Our room was comfortable and clean, but it did not have a mini refrigerator which we like. We enjoyed our stay here and we recommend this hotel if you want an authentic Welsh hotel. "
