"The house is not in a good shape. The backyard was not mowed and it was full of weeds. Not very inviting "

"For a place to rest and shower it works, it’s close to the beach and bars.If you have kids it doesn’t work to well, no dining table to sit at and eat meals. Pest control is needed there were roaches and spiders throughout the kitchen and bathroom. I couldn’t find any cleaning supplies to sweep the floor or the rug. If you want to bar hop and hang out on the beach or just watch tv this place works fine."
