"Thank for for Expedia! They got me out of a jam.. the DreamScapes apartment advertised was in a building that does not allow stays.. I was stuck in Dallas 2 hours of leaving messages to Dreamscapes and nothing!! Expedia relocated me to a hotel down the street without charge or trouble after initial investigation.. Dreamscapes is a scam Expedia did the right thing and is legit! Thank you!"

"I’ll say the actual apartments set up was exceptionally cool. I loved the industrial look, the kitchen was beautiful and the large TV was really nice to watch shows on. That being said the apartment had clearly not been cleaned well. The bathroom had tons of mold on the shower floor. The shower also had little to no water pressure, than there was trash under the bed that clearly had been there for long enough to attract roaches. Which we saw and killed three that night. "Check in instructions a bit confusing but I managed. Room was nice. Beds comfortable. Balcony had a bees nest/hive so we didn't get to enjoy the view. Would stay again though."

"Stayed here to attend a concert. Great location only 15 minutes from the AA venue. Huge place with multiple sitting areas plus a breakfast nook. Lots of food options within walking distance. "

"Unfortunately i wouldnt recommend this stay, several issues, the wifi was terrible, wouldnt work,had to ring and try another network but still awful, tv wouldnt work, front door wouldnt open on code (this was resolved quickly as the owner was still there luckily) nighttime was very noisy but location was perfect for district "

"This property is in a very bad part of Dallas, homeless all over the place. Parking is not free it is valet parking.The building looks to be an converted office building you must be aware of your surrounding at all times when going to the parking lot or returning to the building "

"SCAM! DO NOT BOOK! Hotels.com is refusing to give me a refund saying they can't contact the property. I never received check in instructions, tried to call the number on file and it went straight to voicemail. I showed up to the property and gave the leasing office the number I had to see if it was associated with a tenant. It was and they said they haven't lived there since last year. Never got to stay there, had to find a last minute hotel"
