The hotel had a little gift for us upon check-in and the organization in getting the guests to a great viewing area was perfectly executed. I could not believe how well managed this was as well as the friendly attitudes the employees and the police offered for that entire evening. With the chaos all around, they did beautifully. I could not have asked for a better time or experience."

"This was suppose to be a pay on property, and free cancel before 10pm. They Charged my card for the full amount and woul not allow me to cancel. They have yet to complete a full conversation or by chat ,virtual, or by phone to refund my money. Any i didn't check in nor even stayed 1 night. The Property Manager was so Rude and Unconsderate .!!!! DO NOT USE ANY FORM OF PAYMENT !!!! WITH THIS SITE AND PLEASE CANCEL ASAP BECAUSE THEY WILL USE ANY EXCUSE TO KEEP YOUR MONEY ONCE THEY HAVE ANY FORM OF PAYMENT. DON'T DO IT. ITS MONEY THEY QUICKLY TAKEN AND NOT SO WILLING TO QUICKLY RETURN IT. I WILL NEVER QUICKLY USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN!!!!"
