10/10 Excellent

"Great stay, no issues, nice staff, good breakfast. The only thing is parking is very limited and there is a lot of traffic noise from the main road right outside the building but they did provide earplugs in room. We were able to walk to the American Airlines Center both nights we stayed to see the concerts we were going to. About a 15-20 minute walk."

"Family trip. Stayed 3 nights Thurs Fri sat. The good Left a few items in the room they were found and are being sent back. Security/lost and found was great Ac worked well Bed was comfortable and nice sheets Room was really pretty Staff was nice and helpful in all occasions Pool area was nice and pool had cool water which was awesome in the heat Good location for Dallas museum of art and other downtown attractions The bad Valet is 72$ you can park across the street for 30$ Not the hotel’s fault but it is loud at night downtown. Cars and motorcycles racing at all hours and it was loud. And lots of homeless and groups of teens you had to keep an eye out on. Shower tanks a minute to figure out but there was good pressure and hot water. Overall a good stay would stay there again"

"When we arrived the check-in person was not to be found. After about 5 minutes they came to the front desk and checked us in. Not very friendly at all, but it is downtown Dallas. We were told to park in the garage so we proceeded to pass through where the sign said height was 6'4", our Brand new SUV rubbed the sign! I am 6'2" and got out and am taller than our vehicle, So the sign was hanging under 6'. We proceeded up the garage levels where again, some places were high, some barley 6' tall. We finally backed down a level to park without scraping our vehicle again. It was very dark inside and we did Not feel safe at all. Homeless people walked through the entry way to hotel while we waited on a Lyft to go to dinner. Needless to say, we will not stay here again. The hotel needs to have someone outside where you pull up to check in to keep guests feeling safe and comfortable. Don't recommend."
