All the staff we bumped into from managers to cleaning crew were professional and very polite. We will definitely stay and recommend Thank you"

"Top floor room with good view of the park. No lift to top but I did not need it and help was offered. Breakfast was fine. Coffee good. "

"First time staying at this chain and was so pleasantly surprised by price, location, cleanliness and above all the friendliness of the staff at the front desk. Rooms are basic but all you need, the shower was good. Towels fresh. Pretty much everything you’d need in a hotel room in a big city where you’ll spend most of the time outside of the room. One thing missing for Canary Wharf was an iron but I’m sure I could have asked at desk. I just freestyled instead lol"
