I was extremely satisfied with my stay! My room was big enough for a family of four. The service was excellent! 3 minutes away from the beach this is walking distance. Also the pool is great and you're able to grill in the pool area! We enjoyed our stay and definitely will be coming back!!! 10/10⭐️

I appreciate a good budget motel, I have no problem sleeping without luxury. I always figure I'm on vacation to enjoy the sites, I just need a clean safe bed. I did have that here. However, the beds were small--did not seem as wide as regular doubles--luckily we just had one person per bed because two per bed would have been tight. I had reached out in advance to ask about the kitchen in the premier apartment--were there plates? Answer was yes. Truth is there was only one old plate. Two burner grates from stove missing. One disgusting ratty sponge, no paper towels, no dishsoap--which, again, budget motel, fine, but they had sent SO many pre-check-in emails, I feel like that should have been addressed in advance. I would have brought more supplies. Refrigerator and microwave worked great and I was glad to have them. I had also asked in advance if there was a coffee maker? No, but there is coffee in the lobby. Great! Except almost every time going to the lobby would find a locked door and nobody answering the knock. You'd have to call and wait. When they were present, they were helpful and nice. When I sent messages via the Expedia app, they responded. They are kind folk, just not always the easiest to reach and could maybe put a bit more effort into the "premier" apartment or at least be clearer about what is provided and what's not. Oh--the pool was clean and lovely. Nothing fancy but refreshing and clean.

This seemed like a very bad flip of a previous hotel trying too hard to look bougie and not caring about actual cleanliness, amenities or safety and health of its guests. Fresh paint and new bedding cannot change the fact that the mattresses were on metal cot frames, the couch was disgustingly old as if it was picked up off the street and there were stained ceiling tiles, mold in the bathroom and multiple tiny ants in the room! While the shower was running in the room above us, we could hear dripping water on the stained ceiling tiles about my kids bed! We honestly could not get out of there fast enough.

I stayed here from Friday to Sunday & was a really great stay! I bring my own sheets/pillowcases/towels/shower shoes(sandals) & brought clorax wipes just to make sure everything is clean prior to getting settled in. For seaside, this is a pretty decent place to stay. Some of the stuff is outdated but it’s okay. We checked in at the appropriate times and the staff was super helpful and attentive. Parking is super convenient bc it’s right in the back lot of the hotel. We also had the chance to pick which room we wanted out of the 4 different single bed layouts. They also had a pool which looked pretty good & clean. This is now my second time staying here and I really enjoyed it. It was actually a much better stay this time than it was the last time but both times were still great experiences. The boardwalk is a 2 minute walk as well as the beach. It is further from the CENTER of the boardwalk so it is a little quieter on the side you end up on which I personally love. Totally will be staying here again, it’s my go to place to stay at seaside! If you are very PARTICULAR & expect a super luxurious place… don’t stay here, stay home.

What a bait and switch! The pictures on the Expedia site is not the rooms there. The manager was rude and unhelpful, the room was dirty and the second floor outside doors don't lock. Very unsafe. The "pool" is the size of a puddle and dirty. We didn't stay. Fighting to get a refund. Buyer beware.

We booked at the hammock inn but after half an hour of trying to find someone running the place we tracked someone down at the Aire Hotel who informed us that the hammock inn was closed down and we'd be staying at the Aire Hotel. He was a really nice person who was very helpful but the premises unfortunately was quite disappointing. It was very run down and quite dirty

The Pagan motorcycle group took all available parking spaces, a parking pass was available for an additional $200, the smell hurt my nose and chest, I couldn't stay - I didn't feel safe, no refunds are available and additional fees are charged - read the fine print!!!
