Our condo is in a convenient & gated property near the ocean, downtown Seaside, and the promenade. Our property is great for couples and small families looking for a getaway to one of Oregon's most popular beaches!

PET POLICY:
Please no pets! Due to severe allergies, we maintain a pet free environment. Please make alternative arrangements for your pets and refrain from bringing them. If we discover that pets have been brought to the property, a $300 deep cleaning fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Thank you!

This property is strictly 5 individuals, inclusive of adults, children, and infants. This limit must not be exceeded at any time, including with visitors. A comprehensive guest list is mandatory at the time of booking, and the primary renter must be present at check-in and for the duration of the reservation. Compliance with this policy will be monitored upon arrival and throughout the stay.
