"I was very disappointed with my stay at The Hills Residence. Upon arrival, it was immediately apparent that the room had not been properly cleaned. The overall condition of the room was underwhelming and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. The walls throughout the room were heavily scuffed and marked, giving the space a worn and neglected appearance. The rug was dirty and covered with sand, the floors were sticky, and several of the couch pillows were visibly stained and unclean. Additionally, the window linens were filthy, and the glass windows themselves were covered with dirt and smudges, making the room feel even less inviting. The refrigerator had a strong, unpleasant odor, which raised further concerns about the cleanliness and upkeep of the unit. This made it uncomfortable to store food and added to the overall negative experience. For the price and expectations of the property, I anticipated a much cleaner and better-maintained environment. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any stay, and unfortunately, this property fell far short of that standard. I hope management addresses these issues to improve the experience for future guests."

Indigo Bay Oceanfront Escape 2BR Luxury Condo with Private Pool

"Please be aware and tread lightly, property manager and host are very rude!! I stayed at this condo under the assumption of having access to all the amenities listed only to find out on my arrival that the gym is not accessible and the beach is not with in walking distance, while the host reply was that he lost the card to have access to the gym without any solution besides an apology. Upon our departure we were bombarded by the property manager Danielle stating several issues with the property once we departed which included the sheets and headboard being dirty and we would be charged 1000. Danielle also stated that a candle inside the property provided by the host left a stain on the ceiling. I did not bring the candle and no instructions listed stated the candle could not be used. I’ve never stayed somewhere that has active construction and none of the amenities listed to have the audacity to charge a customer 1000 for dirty sheets is outrageous!! I would never book with this host and will be disputing all charges listed! Book at your own risk!!!"

"Villa Olisa is a beautiful property in a lovely part of the island. Olivier was a great host, and recommended Makdas car rental to us, which was another great choice. We enjoyed the gorgeous views, spacious villa, beautiful pool, lovely beachside dinners at the Indigo Beach Club and swimming at the beach. It was so nice to have the provided beach chairs and umbrella, as well as generous snack options upon our arrival, as well as celebratory drinks! Olivier has thought of everything. We would love to stay here again."

"Eight days in paradise!Our stay at Villa Del Mar was absolutely amazing. The villa was spotless and very well stocked with most of the amenities needed. The owner Michael was readily accessible when needed and checked in with us throughout our stay. The view on the back patio was breathtaking and really stole the show. The location was very close to many restaurants and other excursion pick up points. We couldn't have asked for a better property to stay at and if we were to come to St. Maarten in the future, we would absolutely pick this villa again!"
