"I was extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service during my stay. The hotel itself is decent, the lobby area above the check-in desk is nice, and while the rooms are small, they have the basics you need. Unfortunately, my experience was overshadowed by serious issues in the room and how they were handled. When I arrived, my room was unbearably hot. I read the note by the window explaining the hotel’s seasonal heating/AC plan, which advised opening the window. However, when I tried to do so, I discovered the window was broken. It suddenly slammed shut and nearly severed two of my fingertips. It was both dangerous and painful. I went downstairs to explain the situation. A staff member came up to inspect the room and agreed that it was extremely hot and had a disgusting smell. He said he would return with a solution, but instead came back with two spray bottles and began spraying strong scents all over the room, on the walls and in every corner. I expressed concern, especially since the window couldn’t properly open, but by then it was already done. He then used a bath towel to prop the window open about five inches. I asked if I could please be moved to another room, but was told the hotel was full. I asked repeatedly for any alternative solution and was told, verbatim, “I will go down and see what I can do for you.” I also requested to speak with a manager or owner, but that request was not accommodated. He left and said he would be right back, but never retur"

"Moving from a small town to the big city can be a bit of a "fish out of water" experience, but this spot was the perfect place to find our gills. Honestly, the most important thing for us was feeling safe, and we felt 100% secure here—which is a huge win when you’re still figuring out which way is North.The vibe is super peaceful, tucked away among some seriously impressive trees and gardens. We knew we’d found a gem the second we hit the front door; the scent of the flowering Daphne bush is basically nature’s version of a high-end candle. It’s quiet enough to actually hear yourself think, yet close enough to everything. Our pets love their stay here. The hosts were absolute gems, too. They took the time to walk us through the "how-tos" of the unit and gave us the local scoop on the neighborhood, which was a lifesaver for the new kids on the block. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and a great way to kick off our Seattle chapter."

"The place needs updating. There are no towel hooks in the bathroom. The furnished hair dryer only blew a small amount of lukewarm air. The room was not cleaned during my stay. There are not enough wall plugs. Temperature adjustments in the room are restricted to a small band. The mattress was not comfortable. The room furniture was sparse. "

"Our stay of 8 days was great. Easy check in process & the location was great! It was close by to a lot of attractions & food spots. It was the perfect size for our family of four (2 adults & 2 kids) it didn’t feel too cramped. The place was clean & neat and provided everything you could think of or would need for a stay. Parking was right at the end of the drive way on the street. The house is located at a dead end so plenty of street parking available. Our family enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again! "

"We really enjoyed our stay here for the weekend. House was clean and the check in process was easy. Plenty of space for our larger group and the living rooms and back patio were much appreciated. All around a great place and we would recommend it to anyone. "
