"What a fantastic property. The best vacation home we have ever stayed at, across many we have used in various parts of the world. First, the home is just beautiful. The views are great. The facility is maintained flawlessly. However, the biggest difference is the staff. A fulltime staff of 10 people under the supervision of Kadek ensure that you are treated like royalty. "Our accommodation was cancelled at our check in time. We had booked 6 months our and when we we're trying to confirm check in, they cancelled it and issued a refund. They wouldn't offer other accommodation as it's 24 houra out. This caused our family extreme distress and cost us financial burden. A letter of our grievance and disappointment will be following and contact with the ACCC"

"I enjoyed my stay at this property. The gardens and feel down by the river are lovely, the food was very good. The spa is very expensive but our spa/massage ladies were great. I wasn't very impressed with our room. There was an issue with my expedia booking/confirmation stating I will receive a free massage. This didn't come through at their end but they honoured it regardless which we were thankful for. Overall despite enjoying our stay I feel the prices are too high compared to other places...

"The host for Villa Wirada confirmed our stay in Dec. 2024. Just prior to our travel, the host wrote to say 'sorry I double booked your dates' and I'll find you a like property, which I agreed to. BIG mistake. The property he booked us in was disgusting on every level. fecal matter in the toilet, musty smell in the rooms, dirty sheets, no clean water, etc...he billed us the same price for Villa Wirada, which I imagine is nice. This guy is shady..beware. We checked out of this pit, he wouldn't...

"We had the most wonderful stay in Ubud at lovely Noka House. The villa itself is breathtaking along with its position near paddy fields. Lots of wildlife, birds and insects to keep us company. Nyoman, Ketut and Wayan are so gracious and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Highlights for us are the Balinese people, they are so lovely, and my trip to the Yoga barn on the back of Wayan's scooter was hilarious if not a little bit terrifying. "Fabulous villa only a short drive into central Ubud. Very quiet of a night time and the pool was amazing. Highly recommended if you want to be close to restaurants etc but want sone peace and quiet. Staff were fabulous and the Owner checked in with us daily to make sure we were OK with everything."
