"The hotel is a small hotel, but was perfect for my needs. I didn't try the breakfast but the bar seemed nice and had an excellent stock. The highlight was the staff, particularly the colleague who was on reception when I arrived at 3 am, having had a flight delay. Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but he was exactly the right amount of happy. The one thing I would say is that the immediate area round the hotel (a couple of minutes walk) is not particularly touristy, so if you prefer to be closer to the action this may not be your hotel."

"I have stayed at CN Hotel multiple times over the past summers, including during its previous ownership under the NH chain. The hotel has always maintained a clean, modern, and spacious environment, and the staff remains friendly and professional—with a smooth and efficient check-in process. Initially I was given a room with an air conditioning system which was noisy and barely functional, making the room uncomfortably warm. The hotel management kindly changed our room. The new room’s air conditioning was working perfectly, and we were much more comfortable. Thank you to the staff for resolving the issue promptly."
