They arranged a nice tour and not expensive, upgraded my room, had answers for me with a smile, offered to help with luggage, and since my flight was at 6 AM offered to pack me a free breakfast. Truly the best and friendliest service team I’ve ever had. "

"VERY clean hotel! I was very satisfied with my room and the check in process. The staff are very friendly and helpful! The breakfast buffet has many great options. The old town and many other popular areas are within walking distance (about 15-20 minutes). I had dinner one evening in the hotel restaurant, the food was amazing and there was a new waiter (I didn’t get his name but he said he was there for 2 weeks) was so nice! We had an interesting conversation about Romania while waiting for my food, so I want to give a shout-out to him! Overall, amazing experience, I had an amazing time and I really recommend staying at this hotel! "
