Any stay can have special needs, and I want to extend special kudos to Mariia. She’s an immigrant from Ukraine. She’s a fantastic problem solver and manages employees well, with persistence, kindness and never raising her voice. I would recommend this hotel strongly, as a high value proposition."

"Der Empfang durch die Tochter war sehr herzlich und wir fanden Obst, Getränke (Wein, Sekt, Bier Saft, Mineralwasser), Marmelade und Pralinen zur Begrüßung vor - lieben Dank dafür. Die unmittelbare Nähe zum See ist fantastisch (top Lage) und das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Küchenausstattung ist absolut vollständig - es hat wirklich Nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können das Haus weiterempfehlen.Die recht steile und schmale Treppe vom EG ins UG ist nicht unbedingt seniorengerecht, ebenso die Absätze zur Küche und ins Schlafzimmer - für uns allerdings kein Problem."

"A really excellent hotel with very friendly and attentive staff. I liked that the room had a safe, however for a forced or hotel I would’ve expected an ironing board to be included within the room and not have to request it at reception. The room was large as was the bathroom and it was a quiet building as well, very well insulated. The first couple of nights it was very hot and it was nice that the room had air-conditioning. I do feel that the breakfast was rather expensive for what it was, that is probably only the - point in my feedback."
