"We’ve been long-time fans of Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo, and it continues to be our go-to choice whenever we visit the city. We always book the Grand Premier rooms with Lounge access and daily breakfast, and it's consistently a luxurious and comfortable experience that we truly look forward to. During this recent stay, we did encounter some issues with our initial room. However, we were very impressed by the responsiveness and professionalism of the Premier Lounge staff, who reached out the same evening and arranged for a room change the following day. Their attentiveness and care made all the difference and reminded us why we continue to return to this hotel year after year. One small disappointment this time was that, as our stay was under 7 nights, we didn’t receive the usual welcome amenity that we had come to appreciate on previous visits. While we understand the policy, it’s a thoughtful touch that adds a special start to our stay, and we hope this can be reconsidered in the future for returning guests. That said, we absolutely loved the Premier Lounge and spent a lot of time there. The lounge staff were exceptional—gracious, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile."

"Excellent customer service from staff at front desk , and from the staff who greet you on arrival and help with your luggage. Upon arrival my suitcases were transferred from the taxi into the hotel, helped with my credit card payment problem with taxi, and my suitcases were taken up to my room . Such great customer service after a long flight was much appreciated. My room was small but adequate enough that I could lay my suitcases open on the floor easily. The bathroom is small but ok. The location of the hotel is excellent with lots of local restaurants nearby and close to several subways and train stations. Use Google map and locate the closest McDonald's. If you head there you will find lots of eating options close by. If you continue walking past McDonald's, you will find the Daimon subway, and if you walk further you will find another train station which will take you to Tokyo station. We chose to take a taxi to the Tokyo station and the cost was 2700 yen in May, 2025. There were several Family Marts and 7-Elevens on the route from Shiba Park to McDonald's. We ate at several of the tiny restaurants enroute to McDonald's and what I especially liked was the fact that mostly local people frequented these small restaurants. Shiba Park is rated as a "modest " hotel, but the staff takes it up a notch in my opinion. Each floor has a library room you can sit in while your hubby sleeps, and there is a water dispenser near the elevator on each floor. The ice machine is on the 5th."

"Perfect location, we were on the 33rd floor and didn’t mind the elevator trip at all, there was always an elevator available we never had to wait a long time. Tokyo dome city is filled with much to do (although we didn’t do anything here aside from the very cool zoo they have) huge benefit being near a train station, very easy walk. The Lawson on the second floor was extremely convenient, we stopped by there over a dozen times. Again, anyone visiting here should definitely go to the indoor zoo they have, they have plenty of capybaras you can feed by hand! The room was nice and clean and extremely roomy in terms of Tokyo standards, nice tv and clean blankets, mini fridge, everything you need for a great stay."

"We enjoyed our 6 night stay at this hotel. The staff made us feel at home. The room was small but very comfortable and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable that I found myself thinking about it during the day! The breakfast buffet and other restaurant offerings are delicious! I would like to know where to buy the pajamas they provide in the room - so soft. The hotel is not centrally located but taxis are so easy to find and reasonable. If you dont speak Japanese you will need Google translate or the equivalent. I highly recommend this hotel. "
