"This hotel is very well placed to be within easy walking distance of the sea front and all the night life. The car park is right behind the hotel and even though it is a pay and dispay car park, the convenience of its location is well worth the six pounds for a full day charge. "Loved the boutique decor and quirky nature of the building. The setting is perfect, right by the waterfront. Parking is a bit of an issue, so don't come back to the hotel until 4 pm, when parking is better ( fewer daytrippers). Bed was hard and pillows were not very comfortable, but that was only my taste.
