The Balinese staff are the making of this hotel -always smiling, helpful and engaging. Highlights are Montigo Wellness Spa - fabulous treatments, especially massage at sensible prices. The onsite Japanese restaurant food is so delicious that many nights we simply stayed in the hotel. Breakfast is brilliant and served poolside, and lastly, my husband loved the personal training sessions either in the gym or the boxing pavilion. Terrific place for couples and families.
