"As expected of Hilton, service was very professional and business-like. Staff were friendly and super helpful. The only downside was that my travel buddy and I were assigned rooms on different floors. This would normally not be an issue had we been able to freely roam but with the strict and secure access of room cards being limited to the floor of the assigned room, it required coordination if we wanted to meet and hang out in each other's room."

"The hotel is nice and the staff are the best - remembered me by name and my preferences and were very generous hearted in general! Some of the food is awesome, especially the American chocolate cake which was ethereal! The rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The bar also has some great cocktails. The not so great bits: It's a bit noisy because of where it is located (you can hear a faint hum of traffic across the night, had to put on a speaker with white noise to blunt it out). Breakfast has exactly the same menu every single day which gets boring quickly. The bar was nearly empty late into Friday night which was a bit odd. All in all, a pleasant stay but not without some issues. "

"Amazing service by friendly and helpful staff. Room was nice and huge. Thankful for the nice room with a beautiful view of the Plaza Indonesia mall. Breakfast spread was amazing! I will it the most. However, the room is rather worn out I feel. Like, a bit mouldy around the tub and floor. Toilet bowl water is kinda yellow. Wish these could be fixed. The elevators are also very slow. But overall, a good stay and a place I will miss!"

"My short stay at The Ritz-Calrton Jakarta, Pacific Place was amazing. The hospitality was top notch and I have nothing to complain about. The best part of the stay was the incredible customer service they provided from the moment i step in the hotel to the very moment i took my leave. Superb stay and worth every money spent. "
